Loma Linda Academy's game on Saturday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Monday. They snuck past the La Sierra Eagles with a 24-19 win. This was a revenge game for the Roadrunners: when they faced off against the Eagles back in September, they had to take a 19-0 defeat.

Loma Linda Academy has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-7 record this season. As for La Sierra, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 11-10.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Loma Linda Academy will square off against rival Norte Vista at 5:45 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams have allowed few points on average (the Roadrunners 14.4, the Braves 7.9) so any points scored will be well earned. Meanwhile, La Sierra is set to take on their familiar foe Patriot at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
