Baseball Recap: Westover Comes Up Short

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Westover's offense. They might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 10-0 to the Triton Hawks, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. The Wolverines haven't had much luck with the Hawks recently, as the team has come up short the last eight times they've met.

Westover's record now sits at 0-7. As for Triton, the victory snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 7-6 record.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Westover is set to challenge their familiar foe Western Harnett at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Triton will face off against rival Westover at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
