The Northside Indians will take on the Knox City Greyhounds at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Northside is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 12.8 runs per game this season.

On Tuesday, Northside didn't have quite enough to beat Munday and fell 7-6.

K. Gomez was cooking despite her team's loss, going a perfect 3-for-3 with four RBI, one triple, and one stolen base. That triple was her first of the season. A. Acosta was another key player, scoring two runs while going 2-for-4.

Meanwhile, after a string of three wins, Knox City's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They took a 13-10 hit to the loss column at the hands of Harrold.

Knox City's loss dropped their record down to 3-5-1. As for Northside, their defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 8-4.

Northside couldn't quite get it done against Knox City when the teams last played on Thursday as they fell 11-8. Can the Indians avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
