Tuscaloosa Home Educators waltzed into their contest on Saturday with five straight wins... but they left with six. They blew past the Wiregrass Kings 3-0. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 on Saturday.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Tuscaloosa Home Educators was: they took every set by at least ten points. The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-15, 25-5.

Suzie Lear paced Tuscaloosa Home Educators' offense, picking up eight kills. Lear got some help from Maggie Deason and her 15 assists. Lia Bourassa controlled things from the service line, finishing with eight aces.

Tuscaloosa Home Educators' victory bumped their record up to 20-1-1. As for Wiregrass, their defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 7-7.

Coming up, Tuscaloosa Home Educators will face off against Ezekiel Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Wiregrass, they will take on Grace and Glory Christian at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
