New Albany hasn't had much luck against Bedford North Lawrence recently, but that could start to change on Saturday. The Bulldogs will host the Stars at 1:30 p.m. Bedford North Lawrence took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on New Albany, who comes in off a win.

New Albany is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They claimed a resounding 62-31 victory over North Harrison. The Bulldogs not only won on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since December 23, 2024 (when they won 60-19).

Meanwhile, Bedford North Lawrence suffered their biggest loss since February 8th on Monday. They were outmatched by North Knox and fell 63-33. Perhaps unsurprisingly, the Stars' biggest loss of the season was also their lowest-scoring.

The match pitted two dominant guards against one another in Trinidy Bailey and Lexi Primus. Primus had a solid game and went 5-for-7 to rack up 18 points. Meanwhile, Bailey did her best for the losing side, putting up four points.

New Albany's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-7. As for Bedford North Lawrence, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-3.
