Volleyball Recap: Legacy Christian Academy Beats New Miami for Their Third Straight Win

Legacy Christian Academy proved they can win big on Monday (they won by three) and on Tuesday they proved they can win the close ones too. They skirted past the New Miami Vikings 3-2. This was payback for the Knights, who suffered a 3-2 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Legacy Christian Academy took New Miami into a fifth set where they got it done with a seven-point win. The match finished with set scores of 24-26, 25-23, 25-12, 20-25, 15-8.

Legacy Christian Academy's offense was headlined by Immy Grant and Mia Solomon, who picked up eight kills apiece. Solomon really made an impact as she also led the team in assists with 22. Ellie Babione controlled things from the service line, finishing with six aces.
