Softball Recap: Richland Bombers vs. Kamiakin Braves
It's playoff time, and Richland had no trouble coming through when it counted. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Kamiakin Braves on Friday, sneaking past 3-2. The Bombers haven't had any issues with the Braves recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive win against them.
Emmalee Mohr made a splash no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, pitching 4.2 innings while giving up just one earned run off three hits. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than one earned run in 11 consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, going 2-for-4 with three RBI.
