For whatever reason, it's the away team that's had the advantage when Taylor and Rockdale meet (four straight games heading into this one) and that held true again on Tuesday. While the 2-2 score might suggest a draw, it was the Taylor Ducks who were credited with the victory. This was a revenge game for they: when they faced off against the Tigers back in January, they had to take a 1-0 loss.

Taylor's win bumped their record up to 8-6. As for Rockdale, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 9-7.

Coming up, Taylor will venture away from home to face off against Caldwell at 5:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Taylor will be up against Caldwell's rather soft defense (which has allowed 4.29 goals per match), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Rockdale, they wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Giddings on the 28th.
