Volleyball Recap: Provo Bulldogs vs. Hurricane Tigers

Provo and Hurricane squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Provo had to settle for second. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Hurricane Tigers.

Provo was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the second set very close. The final score came out to 25-14, 25-23.

Despite the loss, Provo saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Rosabelle Campos had 11 digs.

Hallee Wardle went supernova for Hurricane, getting 11 digs and five aces. Wardle is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had ten or more in the last 18 games she's played.

Provo's defeat dropped their record down to 15-15. As for Hurricane, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 18-13.

Provo does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Hurricane, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 2-1 victory against Cedar on the 2nd.
