Mansfield is 7-1 against Conway since March of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Lions will host the Bears at 4:30 p.m. Considering both teams were shutout in their prior games, the pair is probably coming into this one with something to prove.

Mansfield fell victim to Willow Springs and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They lost 15-0 to the Bears. Having soared to a lofty 16 runs in the game before, the Lions' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Meanwhile, Conway also failed to score in their most recent game. They came up short against Norwood on Tuesday, falling 17-0. The Bears haven't had much luck with the Pirates recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

Mansfield's loss was their fifth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 4-10. As for Conway, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-12.

Mansfield took their win against Conway in their previous meeting back in March by a conclusive 24-5 score. Do the Lions have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Bears turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
