Basketball Recap: Dooly County Takes a Loss

Dooly County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They came up short against the Treutlen Vikings, falling 80-60. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bobcats this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 87-66 back in December of 2024.

Despite the loss, Dooly County still got an impressive performance from Lucas Kentavious, who went 7 of 15 en route to 15 points and seven rebounds. Sean Sallette was another key player, putting up 14 points.

Even though they lost, Dooly County smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 19 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least nine offensive rebounds in three consecutive matches.
