Soccer Recap: Springfield Southeast Takes a Loss

Springfield Southeast managed to keep up with Limestone until halftime on Monday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Spartans came up short against the Rockets, falling 3-0. Springfield Southeast were not able to make up for their loss to Limestone from their previous meeting back in May of 2024.

Springfield Southeast's defeat dropped their record down to 8-8-1. As for Limestone, their victory bumped their record up to 14-6-1.

Springfield Southeast has already played their next match, a 6-2 win against Meridian/Sangamon Valley/Central A&M on the 13th. As for Limestone, they will square off against Geneseo at 7:00 p.m. on the 20th.
