It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Barr-Reeve had no problem doing just that on Saturday. They won by a set and slipped past the Benton Central Bison 3-2. The win was nothing new for the Vikings as they're now sitting on seven straight.
Lora Graber was the offensive standout of the contest as she had 15 digs and four assists. That's the most assists she has posted since back in October.
Benton Central's defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of Bella Widmer, who had 21 digs and three assists, and Isabelle Adams, who had 26 assists and four digs. Adams has been hot, having posted 16 or more assists the last five times she's played.
Barr-Reeve's victory bumped their record up to 33-5. As for Benton Central, they moved to 27-6 with that loss, which also ended their 14-match winning streak.
