Anderson Came Up Big in Lakewood's 35-24 Win
Rahmel Anderson continued his hot streak on Saturday by dropping his 14th-straight game (dating back to last season) with at least 106 rushing yards. He rushed for 245 yards and five touchdowns while picking up 7.4 yards per carry.
Anderson must have Keansburg's number; he was a force to be reckoned with the last time he faced them too. When Anderson last faced the Titans back in October of 2023, he rushed for 260 yards while picking up 10.0 yards per carry.

Manchester Township was led to victory by Avery Phillips, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. Phillips rushed for 186 yards and three touchdowns on only eight carries. He really tore up the turf during one magnificent 72-yard run.
Manchester Township has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 6-2 record this season. It'll be Battle of the Birds when Hawks challenges Monmouth Regional at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.

Big Game from Rush-Esdaile As Barnegat Won 47-7
Barnegat found a leader in Myquan Rush-Esdaile as the squad took down New Egypt on Friday. Rush-Esdaile did his part (and then some), rushing for 129 yards and a touchdown, while also throwing for two yards and a touchdown for the 'W'.
Barnegat's win ended a six-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 5-3. Rush-Esdaile and Barnegat will venture away from home to face off against Lakewood on Saturday.
