Volleyball Recap: Lafayette Christian Academy Takes a Loss

Lafayette Christian Academy and Newman squared off in some playoff action on Thursday, but Lafayette Christian Academy had to settle for second. They came up short against the Greenies, falling 3-0. Considering the last time the Knights couldn't score was back in October, the team can't take the result too hard.

Lafayette Christian Academy moved to 27-13 with that loss, which also ended their three-match winning streak. As for Newman, the victory was the eighth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 27-9.
