Softball Recap: West Prairie Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact West Prairie can now relate to. They came up short against the Abingdon/Avon Tornadoes on Thursday, falling 15-3. The Cyclones' loss continues a trend for the team, making it six in a row.

Lindsey Dunn was cooking despite her team's loss, going 2-for-3 with one triple, one stolen base, and one run.

West Prairie's defeat dropped their record down to 8-21. As for Abingdon/Avon, their victory bumped their record up to 14-18.

As of now, neither West Prairie nor the Tornadoes have any future games scheduled.
