Soccer Recap: Faith Christian Extends Winning Streak to Three

Faith Christian barely beat Lebanon the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Eagles were the clear victors by a 6-1 margin over the Tigers on Saturday. Carter Hodgson had the honor of scoring the game-winner for Faith Christian.

The win was the third in a row for Faith Christian, bringing their record up to 3-0. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 19 goals over those three matchups. As for Lebanon, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.

Faith Christian wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next contest, a 6-1 win against Benton Central on the 23rd. As for Lebanon, they will look to defend their home pitch on Tuesday against Kokomo at 7:00 p.m. Kokomo's last three games have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
