Basketball Game Preview: Duval Charter Panthers vs. Washington Classical Christian Warriors

The Duval Charter Panthers are taking a road trip to face off against the Washington Classical Christian Warriors at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. Duval Charter is looking for their season's first victory.

Duval Charter played against St. Johns Country Day and lost via forfeit.

Having struggled with three defeats in a row, Washington Classical Christian turned things around against St. Joseph Academy last Thursday. They blew past the Flashes 46-12. The Warriors pushed the score to 31-9 by the end of the third, a deficit the Flashes had little chance of recovering from.

Washington Classical Christian's win came from a few key players Duval Charter will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Chloe Krulcik, who dropped a double-double on 11 points and 12 rebounds. Abigail Krulcik was another key player, putting up 14 points.

Washington Classical Christian smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 20 offensive boards. That's the most offensive rebounds they've managed all season.

Duval Charter's loss dropped their record down to 0-9. As for Washington Classical Christian, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 2-4.
