Last Friday, Lake Worth Christian ended up a good deal behind St. John Paul II Academy and lost 69-53.

Meanwhile, King's Academy was able to grind out a solid victory over Palm Beach Lakes on Thursday, taking the game 56-45. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Lions.

King's Academy's win came from a few key players Lake Worth Christian will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Javian Jones, who posted 24 points and eight rebounds. The game was his ninth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Isaiah McCoy, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and 20 boards.

King's Academy's win bumped their record up to 10-5. As for Lake Worth Christian, their loss dropped their record down to 10-9.
