Soccer Recap: Cape Hatteras Extends Winning Streak to Three

After losing to Gates County the last time they met, Cape Hatteras decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Hurricanes walked away with a 3-1 win over the Red Barons on Thursday. Cape Hatteras better thank their lucky stars for the performance of Azlon Christ, as he scored every single goal for his team.

The victory (which was Cape Hatteras' third in a row) raised their record to 3-1-1. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 13 goals over those three games. As for Gates County, they moved to 7-2 with that loss, which also ended their six-game winning streak.
