It's playoff time, and Meadowbrook Academy had no trouble coming through when it counted. They blew past the Redeemer Christian Lions, posting a 65-35 victory. The Mustangs have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 13 matches by 26 points or more this season.

Davis Lehman had a dynamite game for Meadowbrook Academy, going 7 of 16 on his way to 21 points along with seven rebounds and five steals. Those 21 points gave Lehman a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Zach Ross, who posted ten points in addition to seven boards and four steals.

Despite the defeat, Redeemer Christian saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Graidy Hughes earned four points along with nine rebounds and three steals. Hughes has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last four times he's played.

Meadowbrook Academy is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight contests, which somehow still isn't as good as their 19-6 record this season. As for Redeemer Christian, the loss snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 8-18 record.

Meadowbrook Academy will square off against Seven Rivers Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Meadowbrook Academy is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 58.2 points per game this season. Redeemer Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
