Recap: Washington Bulldogs vs. Mount Paran Christian Eagles
The Washington Bulldogs's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Saturday after their ninth straight loss. They fell to Mount Paran Christian 80-74. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game last Tuesday (56), Washington still had to take the loss.
It was another big night for Christopher Park, who scored 27 points along with six rebounds for Mount Paran Christian. The team also got some help courtesy of Cameron Hewling, who scored 16 points along with six rebounds.
Washington has not been sharp recently as the team has lost ten of their last 13 matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-16 record this season. As for Mount Paran Christian, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 16-10.
Washington does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Mount Paran Christian, they will take on South Atlanta at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. One thing working in Mount Paran Christian's favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last five contests.
