Basketball Game Preview: Brock Eagles vs. Glen Rose Tigers

Brock has won eight straight games at home, while Glen Rose has won eight straight on the road, but those streaks won't matter much on Friday. The Brock Eagles will welcome the Glen Rose Tigers at 7:00 p.m. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

Last Tuesday, everything went Brock's way against Graham as Brock made off with a 59-38 victory. Given the Eagles' advantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 216th, while the Steers are ranked 796th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, everything came up roses for Glen Rose against Mineral Wells on Tuesday as the team secured a 75-44 win. That's two games straight that the Tigers have won by exactly 31 points.

Brock has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine matches, which provided a nice bump to their 22-8 record this season. As for Glen Rose, their victory bumped their record up to 22-7.

Brock didn't have too much breathing room in their game against Glen Rose when the teams last played on January 14th, but they still walked away with a 52-48 win. Does Brock have another victory up their sleeve, or will Glen Rose turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
