Volleyball Recap: Arrupe Jesuit Takes a Loss

Arrupe Jesuit lost against Fort Lupton back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Generals fell 3-1 to the Bluedevils. The Generals have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 20-25, 25-21, 25-12.

Fort Lupton found their leader in sophomore Genesis Diaz, who had six digs and five aces. Those five aces set a new season-high mark for Diaz.

Arrupe Jesuit's loss dropped their record down to 10-8. As for Fort Lupton, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 10-7.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Arrupe Jesuit will face off against rival Alameda at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. Meanwhile, Fort Lupton is set to take on their familiar foe Jefferson at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
