Football Recap: Clinton Central Comes Up Short

Friday just wasn't the day for Clinton Central's offense. They were outmatched by the Sheridan Blackhawks and fell 40-0. If the Bulldogs were looking for revenge after losing 44-6 to the Blackhawks when the teams met back in October of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Clinton Central's loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Sheridan, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Clinton Central didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 47-8 defeat against Taylor on the 19th. As for Sheridan, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, a 40-6 victory against Clinton Prairie on the 19th.
