Basketball Recap: Chilton Skates Past Two Rivers with Ease

Chilton came tearing into Thursday's contest with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 18 points) and they left with even more momentum. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Two Rivers Purple Raiders 68-34. Given the Tigers' advantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin basketball rankings (they are ranked 117th, while the Purple Raiders are ranked 304th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Chilton has been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine games, which provided a nice bump to their 10-4 record this season. As for Two Rivers, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-9.

Chilton will be playing at home against Roncalli at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Two Rivers, they will head out to square off against Kiel at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
