Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Dayton). They breezed by the Sparks Railroaders to the tune of 62-34 on Friday. While the Dust Devils didn't have the best season last year (they finished 5-17), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

Dayton's win bumped their record up to 5-1. As for Sparks, they dropped their record down to 2-6 with the defeat, which was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season.

Dayton didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 50-41 victory against Hug on the 14th. As for Sparks, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 74-41 loss against Churchill County on the 14th.
