Perry dropped their record down to 5-2 on Monday, which also ended the team's eight-game streak of wins on the road dating back to last season. They lost 10-2 to the Lumen Christi Catholic Titans. The Ramblers were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Titans earlier this season, when they won 7-5.

As for Lumen Christi Catholic, their win bumped their record up to 8-3. They might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six matches by six runs or more this season.

For Lumen Christi Catholic's part, Ollie Powers spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered just two earned runs on six hits and racked up 12 Ks. Powers has been consistent: she hasn't tossed less than eight strikeouts in five consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, Lumen Christi Catholic let Lily Ganton and Bree Okoniewski run wild. Ganton went 2-for-4 with one run, one double, and one RBI, while Okoniewski got on base in two of her four plate appearances with three runs.
