Football Recap: Central Gwinnett Skates Past Chapel Hill with Ease + How To Watch

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Lowndes, Central Gwinnett was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Chapel Hill Panthers 47-0. The Black Knights' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Central Gwinnett's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Jaren Joseph, who picked up 67 receiving yards and two touchdowns. Those two receiving touchdowns gave Joseph a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Terrell Killings, who rushed for 33 yards and one score.

Central Gwinnett now has a winning record of 2-1-1. As for Chapel Hill, their defeat was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-3.

Looking ahead, Central Gwinnett will face off against Collins Hill at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. This will be the Black Knights' first chance to prove their worth in the conference. As for Chapel Hill, they will head out to face off against Manchester at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
