Volleyball Recap: Brazos Takes a Loss

Brazos was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Columbus Cardinals. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Cougars of the 2-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in August of 2024.

Brazos' defeat dropped their record down to 7-7. As for Columbus, the victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 11-2.

Looking ahead, Brazos will square off against Poth at 3:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Columbus, they will be taking part in a tournament against East Bernard at 3:00 p.m. on Friday.
