Stigler posted their closest victory since October 4, 2024 on Friday. In a tight contest that could have gone either way, they made off with a 26-25 win over the Muldrow Bulldogs. The game snapped a strange streak: the last four times these teams have met, it?s been the away team that?s taken home the W.

Stigler was led to victory by Graham Easttom and Landon Blizzard. Easttom gained 112 total yards and a touchdown, while Blizzard picked up 40 receiving yards and a pair of touchdowns.

Stigler was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 207 rushing yards. They are 3-1 when they've run for more than 200 yards.

Stigler didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Brylar Honeycutt and Grady Kettles.

Stigler's record now sits at 3-6. As for Muldrow, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-5.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Stigler will head out to take on Holland Hall at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Dutch will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something the Panthers surely won't give up without a fight. As for Muldrow, they are taking a road trip to face off against Locust Grove at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Bulldogs will be up against the Pirates' rather soft defense (which has allowed 49.56 points per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
