Daniel Turner put up the most strikeouts he's had since back in April of 2024 on Thursday. As a matter of fact, he produced his best game of the campaign: he didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits while striking out six over six innings pitched. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two hits in six consecutive appearances.
