Volleyball Recap: Mehlville Wins Going Away Against Fox

Mehlville won the last time they faced Fox and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Panthers were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Warriors.

One reason for the win was Mehlville's just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-17, 25-13.

Ian Iliff paced Mehlville's offense, picking up 12 kills. Iliff got some help from Ryan Jarrett and his 22 assists.

Mehlville's victory bumped their record up to 14-6. As for Fox, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost ten of their last 11 contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 1-14-2 record this season.

Mehlville has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Parkway North on the 25th. Fox has also already played their next game (against Clayton), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
