Avery Down Game Report: @ Mt. Diablo

Winning always takes teamwork, but on Tuesday Avery Down stepped things up a notch to give Concord the 'W'. Down got on base in four of his six plate appearances with two runs and one stolen base. The effort marked the most runs he has had since back in March.

Down's strong effort led Concord over Mt. Diablo and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
