Soccer Recap: St. Catherine of Siena Academy Takes a Loss

After flying high against Advanced Tech Academy on Wednesday, St. Catherine of Siena Academy came back down to earth. The Athletes came up short against the Detroit Country Day Yellowjackets on Friday, falling 3-0. While losing is never fun, St. Catherine of Siena Academy can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Michigan soccer rankings (they are ranked 214th, while Detroit Country Day are ranked 44th).

St. Catherine of Siena Academy's loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 10-5-2. As for Detroit Country Day, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-4-3 record this season.

As of now, neither St. Catherine of Siena Academy nor Detroit Country Day have any future games scheduled.
