Foster waltzed into their game on Friday with nine straight wins... but they left with ten. They didn't even let the Alief Hastings Bears on the board, marking their second-straight 17-0 shutout. Give the Falcons' pitching crew some credit: that's the team's fourth straight shutout.

Julia Kaspar looked comfortable as she struck out eight batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits (and only one walk). She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than two walks in 12 consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, Sienna Shotts and Emerson Lechler did most of the damage at the plate: Shotts went a perfect 3-for-3 with one home run, six RBI, and three runs, while Lechler fired off two home runs and four RBI while going 3-for-3. That's the most home runs Lechler has posted since back in February. Jessica Reyes was another key player, scoring three runs and stealing three bases while going 1-for-1.

Foster kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 11 hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now got at least ten hits in four consecutive matchups.

Foster pushed their record up to 18-6-1 with the win, which was their fifth straight on the road. The road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 18.6 runs over those games. As for Alief Hastings, they have been struggling recently as they've lost 11 of their last 12 contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-15 record this season.

Foster will challenge Fulshear at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Falcons will need to watch out since the Chargers have now posted at least ten runs in their last eight games. As for Alief Hastings, they will square off against George Ranch at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Longhorns will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more runs each match than the last.
