Basketball Recap: Three Straight Home Wins for American Leadership Academy

American Leadership Academy extended their home winning streak to three games thanks to a huge performance from CJ Christopher Williams. American Leadership Academy claimed a resounding 80-53 win over the Berean Academy Eagles thanks in part to Williams, who shot 4-for-6 from long range and dropped a triple-double on 45 points, 14 assists, and ten steals. That makes it 14 consecutive games in which he has scored at least a third of American Leadership Academy's points.

The team also got some help courtesy of Porter Jones, who went 10 for 24 en route to 23 points. With that strong performance, he is now averaging an impressive 15.4 points per game.

American Leadership Academy's record now sits at 13-4. As for Berean Academy, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-11.

American Leadership Academy will head out to face off against Phoenix School of Academic Excellence at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
