Soccer Recap: Academy for College and Career Exploration Starts Season with Loss on the Road

Academy for College and Career Exploration kicked off their season on the road on Wednesday and hit a couple of potholes. They fell just short of the Forest Park Foresters by a score of 1-0. Academy for College and Career Exploration has struggled against Forest Park recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Forest Park now has a winning record of 2-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Academy for College and Career Exploration will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Joppatowne at 3:30 p.m. on October 10. As for Forest Park, they will venture away from home to square off against Mergenthaler Vo-Tech at 3:45 p.m. on the 25th.
