Basketball Game Preview: Riverstone International Otters vs. Wendell Trojans

The Riverstone International Otters will square off against the Wendell Trojans at 8:30 p.m. on Saturday.

On Wednesday, Riverstone International came up short against Centennial Baptist and fell 53-41.

Meanwhile, Wendell strolled into their game on Wednesday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They came within five points of losing the streak, but they secured a 50-45 W against Gooding. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last five times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

Riverstone International better keep an eye on Jonathan Swainston. He was instrumental in Wendell's win, going 7-for-13 en route to 22 points and three steals. Swainston is also on a roll when it comes to shooting accuracy, as he's posted one of at least 47% in the last five games he's played dating back to last season. Another player making a difference was Jordon Swainston, who posted 11 points and five boards.

Wendell's win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Riverstone International, their loss dropped their record down to 1-1.
