Soccer Recap: Jeannette Wins Going Away Against Brownsville

Jeannette's matchup on Wednesday was close up to the half, but then they kicked things up a notch. They blew past the Brownsville Falcons 6-2. The high-scoring effort was just what Jeannette needed considering they were shut out in their previous game.

They hit Brownsville with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Zion Harper (3), Mcalister Steele, Jayden Ream, and Dominick Semplice.

The victory got Jeannette back to even at 1-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Jeannette will venture away from home to take on Freeport at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Brownsville, they will head out to challenge Chartiers-Houston at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday.
