Soccer Game Preview: Charlotte Latin vs. Providence Day

Charlotte Latin hasn't had much luck against Providence Day recently, but that could start to change on Friday. The Hawks will head out to take on the Chargers at 7:00 p.m. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

Providence Day will challenge a team with plenty of momentum: Charlotte Latin extended their winning streak to five on Tuesday. The Hawks put the hurt on Charlotte Country Day School with a sharp 6-1 victory. Graceyn Levesque had the honor of scoring the game-winner for Charlotte Latin.

Meanwhile, Charlotte Christian kept up with Providence Day until halftime on Tuesday, but afterwards: not so much. The Chargers never let the Knights get on the board and left with a 5-0 win. Winning may never get old, but Providence Day sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Charlotte Latin's victory bumped their record up to 17-2. As for Providence Day, their win bumped their record up to 19-1-1.
