West Broward is 0-10 against Cypress Bay since November of 2018 but things could change on Monday. The West Broward Bobcats will venture away from home to face off against the Cypress Bay Lightning at 4:00 p.m. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

West Broward is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Wednesday. Their defense stepped up to hand Hialeah Gardens an 8-0 shutout. That's two games straight that the Bobcats have won by exactly eight goals.

Meanwhile, Cypress Bay had already won five in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 5.2 goals) and they went ahead and made it six last Thursday. Everything went their way against the Flying L's as they made off with an 8-0 win. That's two games straight that the Lightning have won by exactly eight goals.

Cypress Bay has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 12-1-1 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 50 goals over those ten contests. As for West Broward, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 10-7.
