Softball Recap: Napoleon Wildcats vs. Clay Eagles
Napoleon couldn't beat Clay on Friday even though they stacked four runs on them in the sixth inning. The Wildcats came up short against the Eagles, falling 11-4. The loss continues a trend for the Wildcats in their meetings with the Eagles: they've now lost five in a row.
Napoleon saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Addy Thompson Jr), who went 1-for-2 with two RBI and one double.
Napoleon's defeat dropped their record down to 9-14-1. As for Clay, they pushed their record up to 15-5 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road.
