Jack Gates Game Report: vs Briarcrest Christian

For the first time in his career, Jack Gates tossed a passing touchdown on Thursday. He threw for 94 yards and one touchdown, but sadly Evangelical Christian still had to take a 48-28 loss at the hands of Briarcrest Christian. We think that's the best game he's posted since October 25th, 2024, when he threw for 25 yards.

Looking ahead, Gates and Evangelical Christian will head out to square off against University School of Jackson at 7:00 p.m. on the 29th. The Eagles have some work to do to even out the 1-6 series between these two since September of 2015, but a win here would be a good start.
