Volleyball Recap: Canton Takes a Loss

Canton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Troy Trojans. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Trojans this season, with their most recent defeat being a 3-0 loss back in September.

Canton's defeat dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Troy, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matches. That somehow still isn't as good as their 15-2-1 record this season.

Canton has already played their next contest (against Williamsport), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Troy, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 3-0 win against Loyalsock Township on the 4th.
