St. Michael the Archangel has gone a perfect 3-0 against Belton recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. St. Michael the Archangel will take on Belton at 5:00 p.m. This will be St. Michael the Archangel's first chance to prove their worth in the conference.

St. Michael the Archangel came up short against Oak Park on Tuesday, falling 3-0. The Guardians have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

While St. Michael the Archangel was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 25-13, 25-12.

Meanwhile, Belton made easy work of Raymore-Peculiar on Tuesday and carried off a 3-0 victory.

While Belton won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-23, 25-15.

St. Michael the Archangel's loss dropped their record down to 3-2. As for Belton, the win got them back to even at 2-2-1.

St. Michael the Archangel beat Belton 2-0 in their previous matchup back in April of 2024. The rematch might be a little tougher for St. Michael the Archangel since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
