Basketball Recap: Freedom Takes a Loss

Freedom has been a dominant force so far, but they're in the middle of a mini-slump at the moment. They took a 43-31 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Gainesville Cardinals on Friday. If the Eagles were looking for revenge after losing 36-23 to them when the teams met back in February of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Freedom's record now sits at 16-8. As for Gainesville, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-11 record this season.

As of now, neither Freedom nor Gainesville have any future games scheduled.
