Kouts has gone 9-1 against Westville recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The two teams will compete for holiday cheer at 7:00 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Kouts has five straight victories, Westville has four straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the court.

Last Saturday, Kouts strolled past Marquette Catholic with points to spare, taking the game 58-39. Those 58 points were actually the fewest the Mustangs & Fillies have put up all season, but given the result they're probably not too concerned.

Meanwhile, Westville played a tough matchup on Thursday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They had to suffer through an 81-20 loss at the hands of Washington Township. The Blackhawks were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 58-12.

Kouts' win bumped their record up to 5-0. As for Westville, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-7.

Kouts didn't have too much breathing room in their contest against Westville in their previous meeting back in March, but they still walked away with a 66-61 victory. Will the Mustangs & Fillies repeat their success, or do the Blackhawks have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
