Softball Recap: E.O. Smith/Tolland Comes Up Short

E.O. Smith/Tolland lost to Waterford back in April of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Bucks fell 10-5 to the Lancers.

E.O. Smith/Tolland's loss dropped their record down to 5-7. As for Waterford, their victory bumped their record up to 10-7.

Coming up, E.O. Smith/Tolland will square off against Glastonbury at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. The Guardians will roll in looking for their sixth straight win, something the Bucks surely won't give up without a fight. As for Waterford, they will take on Ledyard at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. The Lancers' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Colonels have averaged an impressive 6.2 runs per game this season.
