Basketball Recap: Indianapolis Arsenal Technical Comes Up Short

Indianapolis Arsenal Technical was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They received a blow as they fell 86-69 to the Christel House Eagles.

Despite the loss, Indianapolis Arsenal Technical still got an impressive performance from Salmone Mitchell, who en route to 23 points. The matchup was Mitchell's fourth in a row with at least 17 points. Another player making a difference was James Townsend, who posted 11 points.

Matios Russ was his usual excellent self, on his way to 25 points in addition to six assists and six rebounds for Christel House. Russ is also on a roll when it comes to field goal percentage, as he's posted one of at least 57% in the last nine games he's played. Josiah Jackson was another key player, to rack up 19 points.

Indianapolis Arsenal Technical's loss dropped their record down to 5-15. As for Christel House, their victory bumped their record up to 15-9.

Coming up, Indianapolis Arsenal Technical will head out to take on Indianapolis Bishop Chatard at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Christel House does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
